Howdy Folks…it’s time for the daily update. The writer is a bit pressed for time today so this one’s going to be short. (I think.)
After Amsterdam on the 9th – the Zycus Experience Tour moves to the City of Fjords – Oslo in the Country of (even more) Fjords – Norway. Not only is Oslo the capital and the largest city in Norway it is also an important financial center in the region. And it is full of museums – but that is another story. (the writer is rubbing his hands in glee…)
The Oslo event will take place on the 11th of March at – get this – the tallest building in all of Scandinavia. The Radisson Blu Plaza is a modern hotel in true Scandinavian style – with high-design combined with practicality & luxury. The keynote speaker at the event is Eric Heitmann from Orkla ASA – one of the world’s largest mining companies. The topic at Oslo is the same as the one in Amsterdam – “The Changing Role of Spend Management in a Post Recession Europe” – with Mr.Heitmann adding a regional flavor with his experiences.
There will be an experts panel too discussing procurement transformation challenges and best practices which will feature Andreas Miessmer – ex-CPO (multiple times) and European Procurement Transformation Guru.
The agenda definitely has the Procurement crowd in and around Norway excited – and this promises to be a great affair! Any procurement folks in Scandinavia reading this – there is still time to register! Click here…
